This 4-session private yoga package offers you a fully personalized experience, with one 60-minute session per week via Zoom. Each class is tailored to your body, goals, and lifestyle, following a one-on-one assessment to understand your needs.

Together, we’ll co-create a balanced weekly practice that may include:

  1. Gentle, mindful movement
  2. Strength-building or energizing flows
  3. Restorative postures or meditation
  4. Breathwork and grounding affirmations

Package Details:

Payment Options: 4-Session Private Yoga Package:

Sacred Start: 30 Minutes of Movement, Mindfulness & Intention

Step into your day with presence, purpose, and flow.

Sacred Start is your weekday morning ritual—a 30-minute virtual sanctuary designed to awaken your body, calm your mind, and center your spirit. Each session is a gently guided journey through breath, movement, and stillness, lovingly led and thoughtfully themed each month to support your growth on and off the mat.

✨ What to Expect:

  • 5 minutes of grounding meditation + intention setting
  • 20 minutes of movement, blending Hatha, Kemetic, and Vinyasa styles
  • 5 minutes of deep rest and release in cooldown + shavasana

You’ll be invited to move in a way that honors your body and rhythm, and leave each session with something nourishing to carry into the rest of your day.
