This 4-session private yoga package offers you a fully personalized experience, with one 60-minute session per week via Zoom. Each class is tailored to your body, goals, and lifestyle, following a one-on-one assessment to understand your needs.

Together, we’ll co-create a balanced weekly practice that may include:

  2. Strength-building or energizing flows
  3. Restorative postures or meditation
  4. Breathwork and grounding affirmations

Payment Options: 4-Session Private Yoga Package:
